Senior Luncheon - March 14
Once a quarter, we host a luncheon for the senior members of Living Rock! Join us for our next Slightly Seasoned Luncheon—a great afternoon of food and fellowship. Bring a side dish to pass (please list what you’re bringing in the sign-up comments). This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with new friends and catch up with familiar faces.
Our gatherings are filled with warmth, laughter, and good conversation. We believe that a shared meal is one of the most meaningful ways to build community and strengthen relationships—and we can’t wait to welcome you to the table!
We’re also looking for volunteers to help with prepping, setting up before the meal, and cleaning up afterwards. If you’re available to lend a hand, we’d love your support! Please contact Kim Harris.

SOLD OUT Women's Retreat
Join us for a restful and meaningful Women’s Retreat on March 20-21, 2026 at the Incarnation Center. It will be a weekend to gather for a time of teaching, worship, reflection, and connection.
Our theme for the retreat is finding your identity in Christ in whatever season of life you find yourself—whether you are in a season of joy or uncertainty, rest or transition, waiting or growth. Together, we will create space to listen, reflect, and be reminded of who we are in Christ.

Men's Breakfast
Join us on Saturday, March 28th at 9am for a men's breakfast!
It's the perfect opportunity to connect with other men in our church community and start your Saturday off on the right foot.

Egg Hunt Prep Day
We also need help preparing for the big day! Join us on March 28 at 1:00 PM for an Egg Stuffing Day as we gather to fill eggs and get everything ready. This is a fun and easy way to serve together and support this important outreach.
All ages are welcome to help. We’ll provide pizza and beverages — we just ask that you sign up ahead of time so we know how much to prepare. Come ready to stuff eggs, share some laughs, and be part of making this event a joyful experience for local families.
Palm Sunday
Join us this Palm Sunday as we remember Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem and the beginning of Holy Week. Together, we’ll reflect on the powerful fulfillment of prophecy and the meaning behind His journey to the cross. With palms raised and hearts open in worship, we celebrate the Savior who came for us. Through His sacrifice, we find redemption. Through His resurrection, we find victory.
Let’s step into Holy Week with both reverence and expectation, preparing our hearts for the story that changed everything.
Service is on Sunday, March 29th at 10am, attend service in-person and via livestream!
Good Friday Service
Join us on Good Friday as we pause to remember the incredible love of Jesus revealed at the cross. This reflective service invites us to consider the weight of His sacrifice and the price He willingly paid for our redemption. As we sit with the reality of His suffering and the depth of His love, we’re reminded that this is not the end of the story. Because of His sacrifice, we are redeemed. Come be part of this meaningful time of worship and reflection as we honor the greatest act of love the world has ever known.
Service is on Friday, April 3rd at 7pm, this service is in-person only.
Easter Egg Hunt
Free for ages 2 years to 6th grade!
Hop on over for an exciting Easter egg hunt! Bring your friends and family and come ready to search for eggs filled with treats and surprises. We'll have games, crafts, and lots of fun activities for everyone to enjoy.
This is a great opportunity for your kids to connect with other children and learn about the true meaning of Easter!
Easter Sunday
He is risen! On Easter Sunday, we gather to celebrate Jesus’ victory over sin and death. The resurrection is the foundation of our faith and the reason we have unshakable hope. Because He lives, we have the promise of new life—now and forever.
This joy-filled service will include vibrant worship, a powerful message, and a bold celebration of the truth that through His resurrection, we share in His victory. Come experience the hope and joy of Easter with us as we declare together, “He is risen indeed!”

Pray & Purl
Join us for an inspiring afternoon after of knitting, crocheting, and prayer at our upcoming Pray & Purl event! This is a unique opportunity to come together with other crafters and create something beautiful while deepening your faith.
During this event, we will provide materials and guidance for knitting and crocheting projects for all skill levels. We will also have a time of worship and prayer, where we can lift up our requests and praises to God together.
This is a wonderful chance to connect with other crafters in our church and share in our love of creating. Plus, it's a great opportunity to find peace and relaxation in the midst of our busy lives. Bring a bag lunch!

Night of Worship: Expect + Encounter
Join us for a night of worship led by the Holy Spirit. This is a night where we will be especially expectant for the presence of God as we press in, adore Jesus, and prioritize sitting at His feet. Come expectant to encounter the Lord in a new and fresh way, contending for His presence and responding in freedom of expression.

Celebrate the season with us at our Cookie Swap & Share on Sunday, December 21, right after service. Bring a plate of your favorite cookies—homemade or store-bought—and enjoy a cheerful time of fellowship, treats, and holiday warmth.

First Principles
Interested in becoming a member of Living Rock? Want to learn more about the history and vision of the church? Join us in-person on Sunday mornings after service for a 6-week class. More than just a teaching, this is a conversation - an opportunity to learn more about the church and each other in a relaxed informal setting.

Christmas Candlelight Service

Kids, come dressed in your coziest pj’s and be prepared to eat some delicious pancakes and have some Christmas fun! This is a Community Outreach event! Invite your friends, neighbors, and family!

Testify: A Night of Worship & Wonder

Seasons of Gratitude
Join Women of the Rock for a joyful holiday gathering as we celebrate the season together! Our next event will be a festive catered luncheon on Saturday, November 22nd, from 11:30 AM to 1 PM.
This special time of fellowship will combine the warmth of Thanksgiving gratitude with the joy and wonder of Christmas celebration. Come enjoy a delicious meal, connect with friends old and new, and take a moment to reflect on God’s goodness throughout the year.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we encourage everyone to bring a nonperishable item to support the soup kitchen and for a Christmas festivity anyone who would like to participate, we will have a present swap game (max $25 to spend).

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Jay Leroux as our special guest speaker for the 10 AM service on Sunday, November 9th! Dr. Jay, along with his wife Linda, has a profound passion for guiding the Church to recognize and embrace Jesus as the Preeminent One.
Dr. Jay and Linda are dedicated to helping every generation, from the young to the seasoned, understand the greatness of our King and His Kingdom. Their journey takes them across the USA and abroad, where they speak at churches, conferences, colleges, and seminars, always with a deep love for the local church. They firmly believe that the hope for the world lies within her walls.
Dr. Jay and Linda are also proud parents and grandparents, with two children and six grandchildren who enrich their lives and ministry.

Fall Work Day
As we prepare for Thanksgiving and the upcoming Advent season, we’re gathering for a special Work Day to freshen up our church building and grounds. From cleaning and organizing to setting up seasonal décor, there are tasks for every skill level — and every helping hand makes a difference!
Join us as we serve together and get our space ready for the meaningful and joy-filled weeks ahead. Thank you for helping us create a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter!
This is a great opportunity to connect with your fellow church members and give back to the LRC community. We'll provide the cleaning supplies and any tools needed for the tasks, but please bring your own gardening gloves if you plan on working outside.
We'll be providing coffee and donuts for all volunteers! Please sign up ahead of time so we can have an accurate head count for the food.

Join us for our monthly Kidz Rock Family Bible Study, where families come together to learn, grow, and have fun exploring God’s Word. This is at noon following our Sunday service! Each month, we’ll meet in person for a time of teaching, discussion, and activities designed for the whole family. Between our monthly gatherings, you can stay connected and engaged with weekly devotionals available through the Band app. Lunch will be provided, please RSVP so we can get an approximate headcount and prepare enough food!
This is a wonderful way to deepen your family’s faith, spend time together, and connect with other families in our church community.

Fall Festival
We’re excited to invite you and your family to our annual Fall Festival, a weekend filled with fun, food, and fellowship. This year’s celebration takes place on Saturday, October 11, from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, and continues on Sunday, October 12, following our morning service.

New Bible Study
Join us for a Bible study led by Laurie Phillips as we explore the Doctrine of the Holy Spirit. This study will guide us through Scripture to deepen our understanding of the Spirit’s presence, power, and purpose in our lives and in the Church.

We’ll be having a Greeter’s Team Meeting on Sunday, September 7, right after service. This meeting is for all current team members as well as anyone interested in joining the team.

Backpack Prayer
As a new school year begins, we want to cover our students, educators, and school staff in prayer. During our Sunday service on August 31, we invite students of all ages—including college students—as well as teachers and anyone working in education to bring their backpacks or teacher bags to church.
Pastor Ryan and thecongregation will join in prayer over these bags as a symbol of support, encouragement, and blessing for the year ahead.
If you prefer, you may drop off your bag the week before so it can be ready at the front for the service, or simply bring it with you that Sunday.
Let’s come together to pray for protection, peace, wisdom, and strength as our community heads back to school. We hope to see you there!
Men's Cookout
Join us for a relaxed and meaningful evening of food and fellowship at our upcoming Men’s Ministry Cookout! This is a great opportunity to connect with other men in the church, enjoy some good conversation, and share a delicious meal together.
This event is free to attend, but we kindly ask that you RSVP so we can make sure there’s plenty of food for everyone.

Global Prayer Chain for Ukraine
This Sunday, August 24, marks the 34th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence. On this significant day, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations are calling the world to join in a Day of Prayer for Ukraine—a call for spiritual unity, a cry for heavenly intercession, and a light of hope amid the darkness.
Prayer Gatherings
In-Person: Under the pavilion, beginning 10–15 minutes after service ends (1 hour)
Online: Zoom prayer at 6:30 PM (1 hour)
Together, we will lift our voices before God for:
An end to war and suffering
The protection of innocents and the preservation of human life
The establishment of a just peace

Honor a loved one by purchasing a beautiful blooming plant. Whether in memory of someone special or as a symbol of new beginnings, these flowers serve as a lasting expression of love and renewal.

We are collecting donations of yarn for our Pray & Purl group. Medium weight 100% acrylic yard. Red Heart brand or similar. Any colors; if you choose a variegated color, please also provide a matching solid color.
Pray & Purl knits and crochets items that are donated to the homeless, local shelters and health care facilities.
