Vision + Objectives
Sanctuary
The renovation of the sanctuary stage is designed to modernize its aesthetic while deeply rooting it in the heritage and identity of Living Rock Church. The goal is to create a dynamic, worship-focused environment that blends contemporary design with the natural, rustic elements central to our church's story.
Family Room
This is a renovation of the current space into a versatile, modern Family Room. The primary goal is to create a welcoming, multi-functional space that fosters connection, serves diverse ministry needs, and provides crucial overflow capacity.
Updated Storage Spaces
This upgrade will allow us to better support our ministries, free up crowded areas throughout the building, and steward our property more effectively
Playground/Outdoor
We are revitalizing our outdoor spaces by relocating the playscape to the south side of the pavilion to create a new wooden play area for families while transforming the north side into a flexible outdoor venue for worship, dance, special speakers, and community events.
Why the change?
The new open layout of the family room, combined with the barn doors, is specifically designed to create a welcoming, multi-functional space that fosters connection, serves diverse ministry needs, and provides crucial overflow capacity. When opened, this room will provide comfortable, supplemental seating for Sunday services with clear sightlines (via the TV) to the service, integrating seamlessly with the main congregation.
On the sanctuary side, we will install large, track-mounted barn doors. This provides critical flexibility, allowing the room to be:
Opened to serve as a seamless extension of the sanctuary.
Closed to function as a private meeting or event space.

Estimated Cost: $30-35K
We’re raising the money February to December 2026. If 100 families pledge $200 or 50 families pledge $400, we’ll reach our goal of $20,000!
