Playground Fundraiser

Mission

We seek to partner with parents in nurturing the spiritual development of each child and encourage them to actively participate in worship, Biblical study, fellowship, and ministry opportunities with their children. We encourage children to come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and establish a personal faith, while also discovering their God-given ministry gifts and talents.

Purpose

The existing playground equipment is outdated, no longer meets current safety standards, and lacks features for children within the age group that we serve at Living Rock Church. A new playground will:

  • Provide a safe, fun play area for children in our congregation and community.

  • Support family-friendly church functions and community outreach.

  • Encourage outdoor activity, socialization, and physical development.

Where our current playground has served our families well for MANY years, we believe an upgrade will help us further our reach to families and the community.

Playground 1

  • Playground attached to building

  • Targeted toward toddlers - Kindergarten

  • Area: 24 x 36

  • Floor: rubber mulch

  • Fence: metal

Playground 2

  • This will be located behind the pavilion.

  • Targeted towards 6-12 yr olds

  • Area: 50 x 30

  • Floor: mulch

  • Fence: none

Total Budget

  • The total project will range between $15,000-$20,000.

  • We will be fundraising
    until the Spring of 2027.
