Engage Youth Ministry

So roll up your sleeves, get your head in the game, be totally ready to receive the gift that’s coming when Jesus arrives. Don’t lazily slip back into those old grooves of evil, doing just what you feel like doing. You didn’t know any better then; you do now. As obedient children, let yourselves be pulled into a way of life shaped by God’s life, a life energetic and blazing with holiness. God said, “I am holy; you be holy.”

Engage is Living Rock’s ministry for students in grades 7 to12! Engage meets one Sunday Bible study per month and one large event per quarter.

Please Note: If participant is under 18 the permission slip needs to be filled out by their Parent/Legal Guardian.

We use the band app for all communications regarding events, polls, to share pictures, and to foster discussion!

Meet Engage

  • The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.

  • All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Jason Feeney - Ministry Director

Jason has a wealth of experience working in both Christian and secular settings. He has been a public school teacher for over a decade and is currently a school administrator. Jason is committed to instilling Christian virtue and faith in those he leads, and has a strong understanding of the complexities of the modern world. He holds a Bachelor of Science in molecular and cell biology, a Master of Arts in Teaching, and a Sixth Year Professional Diploma in Educational Leadership.

Jason grew up at Living Rock and has previously served as a co-leader with former youth pastors.
Jason's goal for the youth ministry is to create a welcoming and safe space where young people can strengthen their relationship with God. He wants the youth to experience fellowship, fun, teaching, devotion, and discipleship that will help them grow in their faith and demonstrate God's love through encouraging one another and serving their communities.
