Engage Youth Ministry

So roll up your sleeves, get your head in the game, be totally ready to receive the gift that’s coming when Jesus arrives. Don’t lazily slip back into those old grooves of evil, doing just what you feel like doing. You didn’t know any better then; you do now. As obedient children, let yourselves be pulled into a way of life shaped by God’s life, a life energetic and blazing with holiness. God said, “I am holy; you be holy.”

- 1 Peter 1:13-16 MSG

Meet Engage

  • The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.

    - Zephaniah 3:17

  • All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

    - 2 Timothy 3:16-17

  • Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

    - 1 Thessalonians 5:11

  • Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

    - Matthew 28:16-20

Angie Nucolo

Ministry Assistant

Angie began her personal walk with the Lord at the age of 12 and passionately pursued Him through personal Bible study and worship before finding her church home at Living Rock in 2017. From the very start of her Christian walk, Angie found that worship is what helped her to connect most intimately with Jesus. Developing her relationship with the Lord through song, Angie felt as though she was called to be a worship leader. She joined Living Rock’s worship ministry in 2018 and has been serving as a worship leader for 3.5 years. Angie began youth ministry in September 2020 and served as the ministry’s intern for 2 years before becoming the ministry assistant and youth leader in 2023. Having found Jesus at a young age and graduated from high school in 2020, Angie understands what it’s like to be a Christian teenager in today’s world. She hopes to create genuine connections with the youth in order to show them God’s Love and help prayerfully direct them in the path that God is calling them to. Angie’s vision for the youth is to see a generation of teenagers on fire for God, walking in the freedom of Christ, led and filled by the Holy Spirit.

Angie is a graduate of Daniel Hand High School in Madison and is currently enrolled as a student at Liberty University, pursuing a Bachelor's in Elementary Education with their online program. Angie is also a preschool teacher at Little Blessings Christian Childcare Center in Madison.
