Tuesday bible studies are on break for the summer! Please check back for Fall studies.

Ladies' Night Out
3rd Friday of each month, 7:00 pm.

Summer Topic: "Knowing God by His Name and Through His Promises"
We will be studying the Names of God during the summer months. Personal study and responses will be recorded in our journals and discussed at the following women's meeting.
Next Date: Friday, August 20th
El Elyon, Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Shalom and Jehovah Sabaoth will be discussed in small groups. Adonai will be taught by group leaders.

Special Activities
The ladies have really enjoyed the special activities, which have included pasta-making, candy-making, cake decorating, card-making and scrapbooking. Check back for future opportunities to gather together and perhaps learn something new. If you have suggestions for an activity, please contact Dale Young or Carolyn Costanzo.

"Praise-Her-Size" Exercise Class
Saturday Mornings, 9:45 -11:00 am, Studio B (Castle Room) of the church.
Monday Evenings, 6:45-7:30 pm
This is a class meant for women who don't feel comfortable in a regular exercise class, but everyone is welcome! THERE IS NO COST! Come out for an easy and fun way to praise the Lord, while getting some exercise at the same time! Wear comfortable clothing you can "move" in.
What to Bring:

Exercise Mat or Towel (to use for stretching on the floor)

2 or 3 lb Hand Weights

Water

Snack (if you desire)

Extra Towel

Pray and Purl
Pray and Purl Joseph Project: Attention knitters and crocheters, we are working on a many-colored afghan to give to the Battered Women's Shelter in Middletown. Each participant will knit or crochet a 7 x 9" piece to be sewn together into an afghan at our next meeting, sometime in the Fall. Patterns and directions are available - please see Carol.
